However, the porch faced west, which meant it absorbed some afternoon heat during our stay. although, it cooled down quickly in the evening. The breakfast options were quite limited, primarily continental with few choices, which was slightly disappointing.

The Superior King Room is spacious, featuring a large vanity area with a well-sized sink that can accommodate two people comfortably. Clean rooms and a charming vintage style make the atmosphere unique. Easy access to the beach just a block away really enhances the experience.

I also found the lack of air conditioning a little challenging during a hot spell, as the only real airflow came from ceiling fans that didn’t do much. While the décor is vintage, some parts show noticeable wear, like the noisy ceiling fan that struggled to keep things cool.

the hotel is right by the beach and has a fantastic vibe overall. The room was spacious and had a kitchen which made my stay even more enjoyable. I loved being close to the beautiful Andree Clark Bird Refuge, which is a relaxing spot for a stroll or birdwatching right around the corner.

Had a great stay with a lovely fireplace, and the cozy, clean room felt like a little retreat. Awesome having breakfast delivered right to my door, too! I’d go back again anytime.
